Non-compliance with these rules may lead to your profile being held back, and in some cases, banned from our system.

1. Any information about the candidates that you receive is Amanat. This means that it is fully private and you are responsible in front of Allah for its disclosure outside of your guardian. If Hast Yihe receives evidence of non-compliance with this rule, we will have no choice but to ban you from our system.
   
   




2. You confirm that you provided the most accurate information about you. If there are any changes needed, please update your profile on the platform as soon as possible. Do so by clicking the “edit” button.
   




3. For women, you have to let your guardian know that you are signing up. This is an Islamic rule that is there for your security.




4. When moving forward with a candidate, you agree to contact them within 3 days.

    
   

5. In accordance to Islamic ruling, the boy and girl are not allowed to talk directly without the presence of a 3rd party (one of the girl’s mahrams, i.e. people in her close circle that she is not allowed to marry). When you start communicating, make sure to create a group where that 3rd party has access to the chat.




6. Follow the rules of Islamic and Vaynakh etiquette when communicating:
   • Speak in a respectful and dignified way
   • Do not go beyond what is necessary
   • Do not have inappropriate conversations
   • Do not communicate on the phone (chat and talk) late at night

   
   

   We cannot control your discussions, but we urge you to comply this rule. We know this is hard, but please try your best. Right now, you are sowing the seed that will determine your future for the rest of your life. Don’t start it by displeasing Allah. You should understand that marriage to a righteous spouse is a blessing from Allah, may He be exalted, and a blessing cannot be attained by means of sin. Ultimately, you will be the one benefiting if you follow the right way.

7. If after having a chat with the candidate, he/she did not suit you, you politely end the relationship. If there is a problem, you can reach out to us.
   
   
8. You agree to our Terms of Service.
9. Finally, at Hast Yihe, we try our very best to find the most suitable candidates for you, and we verify them to the best of our abilities, but nobody can guarantee results beyond Allah. Keep praying and relying on Him, and hopefully you will find the spouse who you are destined for.
